Manila, September 30, 2025–U.S.-based artificial intelligence leader DUOB announced today that it will establish a new subsidiary in Manila, Philippines, in the first half of 2026, further accelerating its strategic expansion into the Southeast Asian market. The newly established Philippine subsidiary will serve as a key strategic hub for DUOB in the Asia-Pacific region. It will oversee multiple functions, including market development, customer service, technical support, and local partnerships. The company expects to hire more than 100 local employees in its first year, covering core positions in AI development, customer operations, and business expansion.
According to DUOB, the Philippines offers a young and highly skilled talent pool, as well as a rapidly developing technology ecosystem that provides fertile ground for artificial intelligence applications. By deepening its presence in the country, DUOB aims to support enterprises and communities in achieving intelligent transformation.
In addition to business growth, DUOB also announced that it will expand its charitable initiatives across the Philippines and other Asia-Pacific countries, with a particular focus on education, healthcare, environmental protection, and digital inclusion. This move highlights DUOB’s long-term commitment to regional development and marks a new stage in which globalization and social responsibility advance in parallel.
